Servpro Industries, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a hands-on restoration technician to respond to emergencies and perform restoration tasks.

You will load and maintain work vehicles, coordinate with clients and supervisors, and ensure safety and quality at each site. The ideal candidate has handyman or construction experience, enjoys teamwork, and is motivated to learn new skills while helping the community.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work on-call shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous restoration, construction, or related field experience preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water and fire damage.
• Evaluate and perform restoration activities such as water extraction, drying, equipment setup, and demolition.
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools and supplies for each project.
• Communicate safety hazards, site findings, equipment needs, and requirements to supervisors.
