SERVPRO Franchise is seeking a reliable handyman/restoration worker to respond to emergency situations and perform restoration tasks. You will load and manage tools, communicate clearly with supervisors and clients, and help residents recover from water or fire damage.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and hands-on skill development. Applicants should have handyman or construction experience, be willing to work after-hours and weekends, and may have IICRC certification.

Qualifications

• Has prior handyman or construction experience.
• Willingness to work in teams and learn new skills.
• IICRC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency situations such as water or fire damage.
• Evaluate and perform restoration activities including water extraction, fire damage, equipment setup, and demolition.
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools and supplies for each project.
• Communicate safety hazards, job-site findings, equipment, and tool requirements to supervisors.
• Maintain open communication with clients and explain the restoration process.
• Perform restoration and cleanup tasks including water extraction, drying, and site cleanup.
