Qualifications

• Tactical response training and certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Be able to pass a physical fitness assessment.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Extensive screening process.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure GardaWorld core values are integrated into all practices.
• Supervise day-to-day security services to maintain high standards.
• Lead tactical emergency response operations and drills.
• Assist staffing, payroll, and operational reporting.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and documentation.
• Develop client relationships and serve as liaison on security matters.
• Train and develop staff to ensure readiness and safety.
• Promote a zero-incident safety culture and hazmat handling.
