Job summary

Wind Crest in Highlands Ranch, CO, is seeking an Emergency Response Officer (EMR/EMT) to implement our Security and Emergency Services programs and engage with residents. You will respond to emergencies, perform patrols, enforce regulations, and coordinate with local police/EMS when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Emergency Medical Services or security preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current EMR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic care.
• Handle calls from dispatch and security.
• Perform regular patrols and cover gatehouse relief.
• Enforce traffic and parking regulations.
• Document incidents using the online report system.
