Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in emergency management, public health, public administration, logistics, or related field.
• 7 years experience managing emergency-response, logistics, or operational programs.
• U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience coordinating across multiple agencies and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads the program’s daily operations, ensuring readiness, compliance, and mission alignment.
• Develops program plans, performance metrics, and operational frameworks for rapid deployment.
• Maintains deployable readiness of personnel, equipment, and assets; coordinates mobilization and demobilization during activations.
• Liaises with federal, state, local, tribal, and private-sector partners for planning and information sharing.
• Prepares briefings, reports, and decision-support materials for leadership; ensures compliance with federal frameworks.
• Manages program budgets, procurement actions, and contract deliverables; monitors performance.
