Job summary

SOS International LLC seeks a Chief of Engineering to provide senior leadership and strategic direction for all engineering, infrastructure, and technical-systems functions supporting emergency-response missions.

The role ensures deployable infrastructure and power systems are ready for rapid deployment, compliant, and integrated with logistics and medical teams across federal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering services experience supporting emergency response and deployable infrastructure.
• Experience with power and mission-critical systems for field deployments.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain required clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level leadership and technical oversight for all engineering functions.
• Ensure deployable infrastructure and power systems are mission-ready and compliant.
• Lead integration of new technologies and fielded engineering solutions.
• Coordinate with federal, state, and private partners on engineering support.
• Develop SOPs, risk assessments, and readiness documentation.
