Qualifications

• Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work irregular hours during deployments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile communication tools preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment use is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties in lodging areas, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces.
• Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Dispose of trash and maintain proper waste handling procedures.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors.
• Assist with unloading and organizing cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Collaborate with field operations and logistics to complete work efficiently.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
