Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, update, and author Emergency Operations Plans (EOPs) for assigned facilities.
• Direct risk mitigation for earthquakes, hazardous materials, and other emergencies.
• Coordinate across federal, state, and local agencies for compliance.
• Develop safety procedures, evacuation routes, and resource allocations.
• Create instructional materials and deliver training to leadership and staff.
