Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent, with some college preferred.
• Prior experience in a public contact occupation is desired.
• Successful completion of the Dispatcher Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls for police service and dispatch police and emergency units.
• Operate and update CAD and other computer systems.
• Assist officers and citizens with clerical and administrative duties.
