1-Tom-Plumber Long Island is seeking a Sales & Service Plumbing Technician to diagnose plumbing problems, educate clients on options, and deliver reliable solutions. You will take ownership of each call, drive 5-star service, and responsibly manage after-hours rotations on a fast-paced Long Island team.

You will balance technical work with client education, upsell memberships, and coordinate with dispatch to keep every job moving smoothly.

Formación

• 1–3 years of plumbing service experience.
• Comfortable selling solutions and memberships through education and options.
• Comfortable with tablets, mobile apps, and dispatch software. ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose plumbing problems, explain options, and deliver reliable solutions.
• Take ownership of each job and minimize callbacks by doing it right the first time.
• Handle urgent and emergency calls professionally and with care.
• Sell solutions and memberships to help clients make informed choices.
• Keep job notes and updates accurate in ServiceTitan and coordinate with dispatch.
• Participate in after-hours rotation: one weeknight and one weekend per month.
• Maintain your truck, tools, and equipment in a ready state.
• Attend team meetings and training to grow skills.
