Qualifications

• 3+ years of service plumbing experience or equivalent field experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Strong customer communication and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and complete service calls efficiently.
• Comfortable using ServiceTitan or similar field service software.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues including leaks, fixtures, toilets, disposals, valves, water heaters, and pressure-related problems.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues accurately and recommend proper repair or replacement solutions.
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain findings clearly.
• Complete work according to code, manufacturer standards, and company quality expectations.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas while protecting customer property.
• Document jobs accurately using ServiceTitan, including notes, photos, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with dispatch to keep schedules and customers updated.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area.
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Monday through Friday
• Rotating on-call schedule for evenings, early mornings, and weekends

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 3+ years of service plumbing experience or equivalent field experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Strong customer communication and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and complete service calls efficiently
• Comfortable using ServiceTitan or similar field service software
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments

Preferred

• New Jersey plumbing license or apprentice background
• Strong water heater diagnostic and replacement experience
• Experience working independently and managing service calls solo
• Ability to present repair options ethically and professionally
