Job summary

Massachusetts Eye and Ear Associates, Inc. is seeking ABEM-certified or eligible Emergency Physicians to join our high-acuity Emergency Department, working in a dynamic, multidisciplinary setting with Ophthalmology and ENT specialists.

Shifts are 9 hours with a 1-hour overlap, and the role includes a 4 weekend shifts and 2 overnight shifts per month schedule. We offer a nationally renowned specialty environment, affiliation with Harvard Medical School, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• ABEM-certified or eligible for Emergency Medicine practice
• Ability to independently evaluate and manage a broad range of emergency presentations
• Access to specialty consultation from ENT and Ophthalmology for complex cases

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage a broad spectrum of emergency presentations
• Collaborate with the MEE Emergency Department Director and specialists in Ophthalmology and ENT
• Coordinate care within a high-acuity, academically affiliated environment

This position is ideal for Emergency Physicians seeking a high-acuity, academically rich, and team-oriented environment with strong specialty collaboration.
