Job summary

Community Health Network seeks a Manager of Nursing for the Emergency Department at the new Westfield hospital in Westfield, IN, opening in 2027. This role leads a developing nursing team, collaborates with physicians and hospital leadership, and drives patient satisfaction and clinical standards.

The manager will oversee staffing, workload, and utilization, implement evidence-based practices, and ensure financial stewardship while maintaining high-quality care and strong patient relationships

Qualifications

• 5+ years RN experience required.
• 3+ years management/leadership experience required.
• 3+ years emergency department experience strongly preferred.
• 2-year/associate degree graduate of NLN, CCNE, or ACEN.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Emergency Department at the new Westfield hospital.
• Develop partnerships between team members, physicians, and the network.
• Lead service excellence, clinical standards, and patient satisfaction goals.
• Manage department workloads, staffing, and budget considerations.
• Apply evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
