Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, nursing education, or related specialty.
Licensure/Certification: Current state licenses and certifications (ACLS, PALS and TNCC).

Develop and deliver nursing education programs for assigned units.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
Lead professional development and mentorship for nurses and staff.
Coordinate continuing education and specialized training.
Support quality improvement and clinical practice enhancement.
Perform related duties as required.
