Job summary
Texas Health Resources invites newly graduated nurses to join the Graduate Nurse Residency (GN) in the Emergency Department at Texas Health Dallas. The 15-month program combines guided clinical experience, instructor-led core curriculum, mentoring, debriefing, and 360-degree evaluations, with cross-unit rotations.
The ED is a fast-paced, high-volume environment with self-scheduling, growth opportunities, and strong clinical leadership.
Qualifications
- ADN required upon hire; BSN preferred.
- Current RN licensure in Texas or a Compact State.
- BCLS certification prior to providing independent patient care.
