Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing is required.
• APRN license (MA) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care, counseling, and education to a designated patient population in ambulatory, inpatient, operative, and/or procedural settings.
• Performs complete histories and physical examinations.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Develops appropriate plans of care and follow-up based on findings.
• Maintains high-quality, timely documentation including admission and progress notes, procedure and discharge notes.
• Performs bedside procedures and writes prescriptions per policy.
