Qualifications

• Board-certified in Emergency Medicine with residency completed.
• Texas medical license to practice in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site management of the clinical and administrative aspects for the emergency department.
• Manage the quality improvement plan including attending regular meetings and review of medical records.
• Supervise staff, provide feedback, and assure provision of high-quality care.
• Recruitment and retention of qualified physicians and staff.
• Serve as liaison between hospital administration and clinical staff and provide regular feedback to leadership.
