Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires nursing degree and state license.
• Minimum six months ED or critical care experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' nursing care needs, evaluate care effectiveness, and apply nursing theory to practice.
• Provide leadership to the nursing team to maintain patient care standards.
• Develop and implement patient care plans tailored to condition, age, and socioeconomic factors.
• Coordinate transfer/discharge planning across the episode of care.
• Document interventions and patient/family responses; participate in unit and hospital policy development.
