Job summary

West Virginia University Health System seeks an Emergency Medicine Physician to practice in Summersville, WV. The successful candidate will join the Summersville Regional Medical Center team and contribute to high-quality emergency care across the WVU Health System.

Qualified candidates will have an MD or DO, ABMS-board certification or eligibility, and EM experience. Residency and state license eligibility are required by appointment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have an MD or DO degree
• Board-certified or board-eligible via ABMS
• Emergency Medicine preferred; FM/IM considered with significant EM experience

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care at Summersville Regional Medical Center
• Practice in Summersville, WV with collaboration across the WVU Health System
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
