Are you an experienced Emergency Department Physician looking to make a meaningful impact? Deaconess IL Specialty Clinic invites you to join our dedicated team at Red Bud Regional Hospital, a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital supported by a robust Hospitalist Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.

• Engaging Environment: Work in a 5-bed Emergency Department, accredited for Chest Pain and Acute Stroke readiness, with a daily patient volume of 17-23. Well-seasoned staff with 24-hour physician coverage.
• Acuity Level 3 Facility: Deliver care in a dynamic and supportive environment, utilizing Medhost EMR.
• Professional Support: Comprehensive coverage for DEA, state licensing, board certification, and maintenance fees. Plus, a $1,000 yearly CME allowance and a $750 computer allowance every five years.
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 in moving support, along with medical malpractice insurance provided by the hospital.

Compensation: Hourly $180.00

Bonus:

Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.
