Job Description
The Emergency Medicine Physician (CA) will be responsible for patient care in hospital and clinic settings, as well as participating in research, education, and advocacy initiatives as directed by the Division Chief and/or Executive Director.
Qualifications
Minimum Education
Medical Doctor (M.D.) degree from an accredited medical school. Fully licensed and credentialed as an attending physician at Children’s National Medical Center. (Required)
Required Skills/Knowledge
Knowledge of current medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment principles; understanding of legal and ethical standards; ability to evaluate patients independently; ethical patient care discussion skills; supervisory skills; commitment to continuing medical education; compliance with legal and ethical standards.
