Join a democratic, physician‑owned emergency medicine group serving the Greater Cincinnati region since 1984. We are seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team and step into a true partnership track with long‑term stability. Aligned with the region's leader in integrated healthcare delivery, our staff of 45 physicians and 36 advanced practice clinicians provide emergency care across six emergency departments in the Cincinnati metro.
- Independent, democratic group with 1 year track to partnership
- Six emergency departments staffed across the TriHealth system
- Staff of 45 physicians and 36 advanced practice clinicians
- Advanced Practice Clinician support at all sites
- Clinical partnerships with Cincinnati Reds (MLB), Cincinnati Bengals (NFL), and Xavier University athletics
- Production‑based compensation structure with equitable scheduling
- MD/DO with ABEM/AOBEM Board Certification/Eligibility
- Eligible for Ohio medical license
- Commitment to long‑term partnership and physician‑led practice
