Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking an experienced emergency medicine physician to join our team at The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. This independent contractor position offers opportunities to work with a strong, supportive team of clinicians while enjoying significant earning potential through an RVU-based compensation model.

The Christ Hospital ED is a Level III trauma center with a high-volume, high-acuity environment, using Epic Systems for charting and a collaborative clinical culture.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in ABEM/AOBEM.
• Experience in emergency department operations.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care within The Christ Hospital ED.
• Collaborate with ED clinicians to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Participate in on-call and shift coverage as assigned.

• ED Beds: 32
• Acuity: High, 23% admission rate
• Level III trauma center
• Coverage: 54 hours of physician coverage, 20 hours of APC coverage
• Shifts: 9 hours
• EMR: Epic Systems
• Must be ABEM/AOBEM certified or eligible
