Job summary

Sound Physicians is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join our patient-first team in Greenfield, OH. Work with local care teams across Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, and Critical Care, with strong leadership backing and a commitment to clinical excellence.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN), on-site collaboration with a local medical director, and EPIC EMR. The role includes 24-hour shifts options and competitive hourly compensation with paid malpractice

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in Emergency Medicine or Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active Ohio medical license or eligible to become licensed.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality care to a rural emergency department serving 8,500 patients annually.
• Foster collaboration and support among team members.
• Emphasize proper, careful, and safe patient treatment as a core focus.
• Utilize Covenant Transfer Center for transfers.
• Use EPIC as the electronic medical record system.

• Join our close-knit team of 6 physicians at Adena Greenfield.
• Work alongside a fantastic team of emergency and hospital medicine colleagues, providing an excellent variety of pathology.
• Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in Emergency Medicine or board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active Medical license or eligible to become licensed in Ohio.

Scheduling:

• Full-time, part-time, or PRN positions available.
• Our emergency department provides single doctor coverage with 24-hour shifts available (9a-9p; 9p-9a).
