Job summary

CTC Medisource seeks an Emergency Medicine physician to provide coverage across multiple ED settings in Longview, TX. The role supports a dynamic, multi-site environment with an annual volume of about 8,500 visits and roughly 23 patients daily.

The ideal candidate will have an EM residency, ABMS/AOA board eligibility or certification, ACLS/ATLS, and an active state license with DEA; must document case logs for privileges and perform ED procedures as needed.

Qualifications

• Residency in Emergency Medicine (ACGME/AOA) required.
• Board eligible or board certified in Emergency Medicine.
• Active ED practice within the last 12 months.
• Documentation of 100 ED procedures in the past 2 years.
• Active unrestricted medical license in the state.
• ACLS and ATLS certifications required.
• Board-eligible physicians must pursue certification with active examination.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ED care across multiple sites.
• Maintain licensure, DEA, ACLS, and ATLS credentials.
• Submit case logs/case summaries for privileges within required timelines.
• Collaborate with multi-site teams to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Meet credentialing prerequisites and complete orientation requirements.
