St. David's Georgetown Hospital in Georgetown, TX is seeking an ABEM-certified emergency medicine physician to join our 24/7 ED with strong backup services and a high-volume patient mix.

This W2 employed position features an RVU-based compensation model, a lucrative sign-on bonus, tail coverage, and comprehensive benefits with CME support through TeamHealth.

• Active clinical practice within the last 12 months.

About the Facility

• Level IV Trauma Center
• 18‑bed emergency department with 22,000 annual visits
• Physicians see approximately 1.7 patients per hour with an 11% admission rate
• Supported by 26 hours of daily physician coverage and 20 hours of APC coverage
• EMR: MediTech
• Robust specialty backup including anesthesiology, cardiology, ENT, gynecology, hematology/oncology, internal medicine, interventional radiology, and more

• Base rate + RVU compensation model

Candidate Requirements
