Job summary

Essentia Health in Minnesota seeks an Emergency Medicine Physician (.6FTE) to cover 1 shift weekly across Ada, Graceville and Fosston. The department emphasizes collegial teamwork and patient-centered care in a rural hospital setting.

Shifts are 24 hours; EPIC DAX is used for clinical documentation; the hospitals are Level IV Trauma Centers and Critical Access facilities. BC/BE EM or BC/BE FM with EM experience and ACLS/ATLS/PALS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Emergency Medicine or BC/BE in Family Medicine with EM experience
• ACLS, ATLS/CALS, PALS certifications required

Responsibilities

• Provide EM coverage 1 shift per week across Ada, Graceville, Fosston
• Rotating through locations with 24-hour shifts during the week or weekend
• Collaborate in a collegial, team-oriented department
