Job summary

Essentia Health invites an Emergency Medicine physician for a .6 FTE to cover Ada, Fosston, and Graceville, MN, with one weekly shift and 24‑hour coverage when needed. The role operates in Level IV Trauma Centers, with EPIC DAX for documentation and a collegial, team‑oriented department.

Requirements include BC/BE in Emergency Medicine or BC/BE in Family Medicine with EM experience, ACLS, ATLS/CALS, and PALS.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Emergency Medicine or BC/BE in Family Medicine with EM experience
• ACLS, ATLS/CALS, PALS certifications
• Experience in an Emergency Department environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Cover 24-hour shifts with weekly rotation across Ada, Fosston, and Graceville locations
• Provide Emergency Medicine care in Level IV Trauma Center settings
• Collaborate with collegial team in a physician-led department
• Utilize EPIC DAX for clinical documentation
