Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• ACLS certification required.
• Experience with LMR.
• EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess a patient’s condition to determine the severity of the problem.
• Speak with patients to elicit medical history and details of ailments.
• Perform physical examinations to diagnose and treat patients.
• Stabilize or refer patients to a specialist, admit, or transfer as necessary.
• Assess a patient’s condition quickly and begin treatment as needed.
• Interact with diverse cultural backgrounds and patient types.
• Complete paperwork and T-sheets for legal records and collaboration.
• Promote health education and liaise with hospital staff to ensure quality care.
