Altus Community Healthcare is seeking ER Physicians to join our team in Texas. Roles include full-time, part-time, and PRN with varying monthly hour commitments. You will provide immediate emergency care in a fast-paced environment across Baytown and other Texas locations.

Requirements include medical degree, residency, Texas licensure, and current emergency medicine certifications. Experience in freestanding EDs or urgent care is preferred.

Qualificações

• Must have medical degree and completed residency in any specialty.
• Texas medical licensure and board-ready status.
• Current PALS/ACLS/ATLS certifications (BLS preferred).
• Experience in emergency medicine settings and freestanding EDs/urgent care a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and diagnose patients upon arrival to the ER.
• Provide urgent medical treatments and perform necessary procedures.
• Stabilize patients before transfer or further care.
• Collaborate with nurses, paramedics, and specialists for comprehensive care.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and document findings.
• Communicate clearly with patients and families about diagnoses and plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and participate in ongoing professional development.

Formação académica

Medical degree from an accredited medical institution or program

Completed residency in any specialty

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to work and think quickly in a high-stress environment

Experience managing multiple clinical sites and leading cross-functional teams
