Job summary

North Adams Regional Hospital, part of Berkshire Health Systems, is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team. The 18-bed critical access hospital delivers a rewarding mix of high- and low-acuity cases with strong clinical and transfer support.

Coverage includes three 12-hour physician shifts daily, with APP support and minimal call. We offer generous benefits, a collaborative environment, and a chance to serve a close-knit Berkshire community.

Responsibilities

• Practice emergency medicine in a critical access hospital setting with autonomy and strong clinical, consultative and transfer support.
• Emergency Department coverage includes three 12-hour physician shifts daily (7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; 12:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.; 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.) with 12 hours of daily APP coverage and minimal call.
