Job summary

Critical Access Health Center in the Olympia, WA area seeks an Emergency Medicine Physician to join a high-volume ED with a Level II trauma center mindset. The facility emphasizes quality, access and compassionate care in a modern setting.

Expect 12-hour shifts (days and overnights), full-time with ~13 shifts per month, and a team-based approach including one mid-level provider per shift. Competitive base pay, sign-on bonus and relocation negotiable, with comprehensive benefits and CME

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
• Experience in ED operations and trauma care is desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in acute care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medicine care in a busy ED.
• Manage ~16,000 patient visits per year.
• Work 12-hour shifts (day and night) 08:00–20:00 and 20:00–08:00.
• Full-time schedule is 13 shifts per month.
• ED coverage by 1 physician and 1 mid-level.
• See ~50 patients per 24 hours.

• ED see on average 50 patients per 24 hour day
