Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage in Moses Lake, WA. Start date ASAP with shifts including 7a–7p, 7p–7a, and 10a–10p. EPIC is the EMR, with 52 hospital beds and 17 ED beds involved in care.

Candidates must be board-certified in Emergency Medicine, hold a WA license, and possess ACLS, ATLS, and PALS per AHA guidelines, plus a DEA license. AMN coordinates travel, lodging, and malpractice coverage for contractors.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Emergency Medicine.
• Active Washington state medical license.
• DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to patients in the ED.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and ancillary services.
• Document care and orders accurately in EPIC.

This facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Volume: 52 Hospital and 17 Emergency beds
• Shift times: Various Days 7a-7p, 7p-7a and 10a-10p
• Backup specialties available: Yes
• Physician and ancillary support: Yes
• EMR: EPIC
• Certifications required: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and Pediatric Life Support (PALS) American Heart Association (AHA) issued.
• Must be Board Certified, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and have an active Washington state medical license.
