The Opportunity
  1. Communicate and champion Vituity's purpose, mission, values, and strategy.
  2. Ensure compliance with all policies and communicate them to providers.
  3. Assess healthcare and economic trends and their impact.
  4. Develop and execute annual practice management plans.
  5. Lead the local administrative team, selecting members and aligning responsibilities.
  6. Uphold Vituity policies and fiduciary duties.
  7. Foster open communication and transparency.
  8. Understand hospital expectations and ensure compliance.
  9. Monitor operational and quality metrics for performance improvement.
  10. Optimize workflows, increase efficiency, and monitor financial performance.
  11. Manage budgets, billing, reimbursement, and growth opportunities.
  12. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and provider development.
  13. Evaluate physician and provider performance, providing feedback and coaching.
  14. Participate in contract negotiations.
  15. Build collaborative relationships with hospital leadership and community stakeholders.
Required Experience and Competencies
  • MD or DO from an accredited institution, with residency completion.
  • Hospital medical staff membership and privileges.
  • Physician partnership status.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication, clinical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management and team motivation abilities.
  • Collaboration across multiple locations.
  • Strong financial and technical skills.
