Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Physician licensed to practice medicine in current state.
- Licensed by the DEA and Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
- Board certified or eligible in appropriate specialties. Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and privileges.
- Eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal programs.
- Meet all qualifications for OSF's malpractice and liability coverage.

- Demonstrates knowledge and skills to provide patient care aligned with patient preferences, goals, and needs.
