• Required BE/BC Physician (Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine)
• Three, 12-Hour Shifts a Week with weekend & holiday rotation
• 144 annual shifts constitute full-time employment

• CHI St. Joseph's Health is a 25-bed critical access hospital
• Level 4 Trauma Center with 24/7 services
• 10,000 annual ER visits
• 13-bed ED with 2 trauma bays

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Engage in quality assurance and clinical outcomes analysis
