Henderson Group in Mattoon, Illinois, seeks a full-time Emergency Medicine Physician (BC/BE) to join a premier regional facility. Enjoy high-earning compensation of $475,000 per year, double-physician coverage, and a workload designed to reduce burnout.

You will work three 10-hour shifts (6a–4p, 1p–11p, 4p–2a) totaling 15 shifts monthly, with MD/DO and Illinois license requirements, and a comprehensive benefits package including sign-on and retention bonuses, malpractice coverage, and retirement

Competenze

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• BC/BE in Emergency Medicine or extensive ED experience.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Emergency Medicine (or a relevant specialty with extensive ED experience).
• Active, unrestricted Illinois state medical license (or immediate eligibility to obtain).
• Valid DEA registration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset optimized for a co-coverage model.
