Qualifications

• MD or DO with accredited residency.
• Texas medical license or eligibility.
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
• ACLS and PALS certifications.
• ATLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rapid evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of emergency conditions for patients of all ages.
• Utilize on-site imaging and laboratory services to guide timely clinical decisions.
• Manage high-acuity cases, including cardiac, respiratory, trauma, and pediatric emergencies.
• Perform emergency procedures such as airway management, wound repair, and procedural sedation.
• Document all encounters accurately in the EMR in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with nurses, techs, and ancillary staff to ensure efficient, patient-first care.
• Communicate clearly with patients and families about diagnoses, plans, and follow-up.
• Adhere to evidence-based clinical protocols and quality/safety standards.
• Participate in workflow improvement, clinical protocols, and quality initiatives.
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning.

Spring Cypress ER, a physician-led 24/7 freestanding emergency room in Spring, TX, seeks a Physician to deliver high-quality, patient-centered emergency care. In this role, you will evaluate and treat a full spectrum of acute conditions for patients of all ages, utilizing on-site imaging and lab services for rapid diagnosis and intervention. You will work alongside experienced emergency physicians and a collaborative clinical team, ensuring timely, compassionate care while following evidence-based protocols. Physicians participate in improving workflows, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting a culture of communication, clinical excellence, and community-focused service.
