The Role:

This Emergency Medicine locum opportunity begins ASAP, with an open-ended assignment window. Flexible scheduling is available with 12-hour shifts and no call requirement. Physicians will work within a supportive team alongside experienced NP/PAs.

Start Date: April 16, 2025

Shift Times: 7a-7p, 7p-7a

NP/PA Shift: 11a-9p

Annual ED Volume: 13,500

Staffing Model: 24 MD hours / 10 NP/PA hours daily

Call Requirement: None

EMR: EPIC

Board Requirements:

• ABEM physicians: No life certs required
• IM/FM physicians: Must have ACLS and ED experience

Credentialing: Emergency temps requested - expedited privileges available.

Active Indiana license required.

Documentation & Requirements:

• TB test within past 12 months (x-ray if positive)
• 3 peer references
• Copies of all current licensure, DEA
• Education certificates, procedure/case logs
