Job description

Join one of the top hospitals in the state of Iowa as this employed and collegial group of 6 looks to expand.

Practice Details:

1. Join a collegial, democratic team of 6 physicians
2. 12-hour shifts for an average of 10-11 shifts per month - can pick up additional shifts
3. Annual volume of 9,500 ED visits and 5,000 urgent care visits
4. Strong support staff includes APPs, multiple RNs, patient care techs, and more
5. Subspecialty support includes orthopedics, podiatry, general surgery, ENT, OB/GYN, hospitalist, and family medicine
6. Hospital is nearly finished with an exciting $48 million remodel and construction

Compensation Details:

1. Employed position up to $425K for an average of just less than 11 shifts/month - 70th percentile MGMA
