Job description

Coverage Needed:

• As soon as credentialed - ongoing
• Shifts: Morning, Mid, and Night 12 hour shifts

Clinical Information:

• 211 Bed Facility
• Accredited Chest Pain Center & Primary Stroke Center
• Average Patient Census: 100
• Annual ER Admissions: 3650
• Average acuity
• Support Staff: Nursing and Techs

Required:

• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing to transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in-state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Board Certified in one of the following:
  • American Board of Emergency Medicine
  • American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine
• Active KY License
• Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local" and will not be eligible for this role
• Required Procedures: Lines, intubations, chest tubes, standard ED procedures
• Willing to consider new grads
