We are seeking to employ a full-time BE/BC Emergency Medicine Physician to join our Emergency Medicine Physician team at St. Joseph Hospital.

THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT

• Approximately 34,000 visits annually
• Level II Trauma Center
• Epic System
• Fast Track
• 29 ED Beds
• 12-hour shifts
• Excellent specialty backup and advanced practitioner support
• Supportive nursing and administrative staff

THE HOSPITAL

St. Joseph Hospital, located in Bethpage, NY, is a full-service, not-for-profit, 203-bed community hospital that plays a vital role in the community. The Emergency Department cares for over 34,000 patients annually. The hospital has achieved disease-specific certification for its Stroke Program, designated by NYS as a Gold Plus Center. Other vital services include the St. Francis Imaging Center, a state-of-the-art cardiac CT scanner, MRI, Vascular Laboratory, Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine, Center for Sleep Medicine, and comprehensive inpatient medical, critical care, and surgical services.
