Bayonne Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Emergency Department Medical Director to lead and oversee both the clinical and administrative functions of the Emergency Department. This is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished Emergency Medicine physician with leadership skills to make a significant impact in a high-volume, community-focused hospital.

Position Highlights:

• Annual Volume: 22-23K

• Acuity: High, with a focus on levels 1, 2, 3

• Full Specialty Support: Extensive backup from all major medical and surgical specialties, including 24/7 ICU and anesthesia coverage

• Advanced Care: Thrombectomy capable hospital and STEMI center

• EMR: Meditech with Dragon for seamless documentation
