Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for a locum tenens opportunity in Ahoskie, North Carolina. This role offers the chance to provide high-quality emergency care in a supportive, fast-paced clinical setting.

Position: Locum MD/DO Emergency Medicine
Location: Ahoskie, North Carolina

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with a broad spectrum of acute conditions
Provide immediate care for trauma, cardiac, neurological, and other medical emergencies
Work collaboratively with nurses, specialists, and ancillary staff to stabilize and treat patients
Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation
Participate in shift-based coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine with relevant EM experience
Active North Carolina medical license (or willingness to obtain)
Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
