Job summary

Qualifications

• Hospital pharmacy experience required.
• Emergency medicine pharmacy experience or clinically relevant experience required.
• New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure).

Responsibilities

• Review every medication order and dosage for completeness, safety and efficacy prior to dispensing to an individual patient including routine, stat and investigational orders.
• Maintain drug information, investigational, educational, cost containment, and clinical programs.
