Job summary

BAS Healthcare, Inc. is seeking Advanced Practitioners for a hospitalist/emergency role in Hartford, CT. You will join a high-acuity academic ED and work with attendings and residents to care for patients across all triage levels in a fast-paced environment.

Open to Physician Assistants with a full-time, rotating days and nights schedule; CT license or eligibility is required, with 1+ year of EM experience preferred. Collaboration and ongoing mentorship are emphasized.

Qualifications

• CT license required or eligible.
• 1+ year of emergency medicine or related experience.
• Full-time role with rotating day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients across triage levels in a fast-paced ED.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute illnesses, injuries and trauma.
• Perform procedures within scope and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Determine appropriate consultation or escalation of care as needed.
