Qualifications

• MD or DO is required.
• Familiarize with EPIC- electronic medical records and document all patient encounters as needed.
• Renewing and meeting all required licenses and certification requirements.
• Maintaining credentialing at all times to ensure practice is not disrupted.

Responsibilities

• To provide coverage for patient care for BenTaub and other affiliate hospitals.
• Maintain clinical service coverage within the Emergency Center.
• Demonstrate competence in productivity meeting departmental standards.
• Keep up with continuing medical education as per college requirements.
• Ensure licenses and certifications are renewed in a timely manner.
• Document patient encounters in EPIC and ensure timely documentation for billing and operations.
