Advocate Health is seeking a Physician Assistant for Emergency Medicine in the Milwaukee area with a 40-hour work week and 10–12 hour shifts. The role requires active PA licensing, board certification, and EMR proficiency.

The position involves complex acute care, teamwork, and ongoing professional development. Shifts include weekends and holidays, with the team delivering high-quality patient care across a 90-minute travel radius from Milwaukee Metro.

Qualificações

• Active PA license in state(s) of practice and national board certification.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant and current licensure.
• Experience: not required but clinical proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, diagnose, and manage treatment plans for patients.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests with appropriate therapies.
• Provide health promotion, disease prevention, and counseling.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and escalate when needed.
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record and ensure coding accuracy.
• Participate in quality improvement and education activities.
