Qualifications

• Active Missouri NP or PA licensure required.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ED environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat ED patients across the lifespan.
• Obtain histories, perform exams, interpret tests, and develop evidence-based plans.
• Order, perform, and interpret lab and radiology testing as needed.
• Prescribe medications per state regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with ED physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Facilitate admissions, transfers, discharges, referrals, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
