Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare seeks an experienced Emergency Medicine clinician to evaluate and treat patients in a fast-paced ED. You will work collaboratively with ED physicians and a multidisciplinary team across admissions, transfers, discharges, and follow-up care.

The role requires current Missouri NP/PA licensure, board certification as applicable, and a commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care in a high-acuity environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate to provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced setting.
• Current APRN or PA license and board-certifications as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute illnesses, injuries and emergencies.
• Obtain histories, perform exams, interpret studies, and formulate treatment plans.
• Order, perform, and interpret labs and imaging within scope of practice.
• Prescribe medications and therapies per regulations, privileges, and policies.
• Collaborate with ED physicians and multidisciplinary team for high-quality care.
• Facilitate admissions, transfers, discharges, referrals, and follow-up.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, plans, medications, and discharge.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and support safety initiatives.
